The International Coordinating Committee for the Safeguarding and Development of Preah Vihear Temple (ICC-Preah Vihear) kicks off its 11th Plenary Session in Siem Reap provincial city this morning under the presidency of H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona (C Front, Pic. 1), Minister of Culture and Fine Arts and Chair of the Cambodian National Commission for UNESCO, with China’s and India’s representatives as Co-Chairs.
