AKP Phnom Penh, April 15, 2026 —

Nearly 7,000 job vacancies are available across three central lowland provinces of Cambodia for former migrant workers returning from Thailand and other jobseekers, the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training said in a recent announcement.

According to the Ministry, the provinces of Kampong Cham, Kampong Chhnang, and Kampong Thom collectively offer 6,861 employment opportunities as of April 13, 2026. The available positions span the agriculture, industry, and service sectors.

The Ministry has urged returning workers and jobseekers to review detailed job flyers distributed by the Ministry, which include contact numbers, factory names, and preferred sectors. In addition to contacting employers directly, jobseekers may also reach out to the Ministry’s emergency hotline at 1297 for assistance with job placement coordination.
