Ieng Mouly (Pic. 1), Senior Minister and Chair of the National AIDS Authority, and Mr. Eamonn Murphy (Pic. 3), Director of Regional Support Team for Asia and the Pacific, Eastern Europe and Central Asia of the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS), hold here at the Office of the Council of Ministers this afternoon a press conference on Cambodia’s achievement as the first country in the Asia-Pacific region to attain the global 95-95-95 HIV targets.
