Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet (Pic. 1) addresses the participants while he was presiding over a ceremony to distribute land title certificates to residents of 17 villages, totaling 23,067 certificates, in Chey Thum, Roka Chonleung and Pok Russey communes, Ksach Kandal district, Kandal province.

The event, held at Hun Sen Rota Ksach Kandal High School this morning, marks the distribution of land titles in the last district of Kandal province, officially completing the systematic land registration campaign across the entire province.
