President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, H.E. U Ming Aung Hlaing, leads a high-level delegation to lay a wreath at the Royal Statue of His Majesty the late King-Father of Cambodia, Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk (Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh), in Phnom Penh this afternoon, as part of his two-day State Visit to Cambodia.
