H.E. Prak Sokhonn (R Sitting, Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and H.E. Wang Wenbin, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Cambodia, sign an Agreement for the Mekong-Lancang Cooperation (MLC) Special Fund 2026, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in Phnom Penh this morning.
